political parties, including four appropriations committee
chairmen and the ranking member.
During his tenure on the Committee, Mr. Mioduski also served on the Interior

the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and was also a department liaison to the House and
Senate Committees on Appropriations and the Office of Management and Budget.
An early career in state and local government included experience in the Arizona
House of Representatives, the Arizona League of Cities and Towns, the county
health department in Tucson, Arizona, and the Circuit Court of Cook County in
Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Mioduski earned a B.A. in political science and an M.P.A. from the
University of Arizona. He completed the Presidential Management Internship
Program in Washington, D.C., after being selected among the top 200 graduate
students in the country in public policy and administration.
